MeetMemo is designed to be lean and private by default.

WHAT WE COLLECT

• Email address (if you sign in)
• Payment data (processed by Paddle — we never see your card details)
• Usage metadata (minutes used, plan type) stored in Supabase

WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT

• We do not store your audio recordings
• We do not store your meeting transcripts after processing
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties

AI PROCESSING PARTNERS

MeetMemo uses OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), and Google (Gemini) to process your meeting audio. These providers may retain prompt and usage data per their own terms. We send only the minimum data required to generate your report.
